(a) You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

(b) You acknowledge and agree that the content and information provided through the Service may not be complete, or up to date. Cacti.Network does not assume any responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.

(c) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow any unauthorized access to your account.

(d) You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt, interfere with, or harm the operation or security of the Service, including but not limited to transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cacti.Network operates. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cacti.Network regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Cacti.Network service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Service.
